Operations Admin (Part-Time)
Job Description
The Operations Admin (Ops Admin) is vital to Ostrom’s daily data management. Your goal is to take ownership of established administrative processes, ensuring integrity and accuracy in the data.
Responsibilities
Follow established workflows for recurring data entry and collection tasks.
Support the HR Specialist by inputting and auditing payroll data while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding employee pay.
Identify and report "broken" data or inconsistencies in the system to your manager immediately.
Reach out to various department managers to collect necessary reports or data points, using persistence to ensure deadlines are met.
Adapt to new data-related tasks as they are developed, learning new workflows quickly and efficiently.
Desired Skills and Experience
